Booking Terms & Conditions

The prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to alteration.

1. A provisional booking can be held for 14 days without any obligation.
2. A booking will only be considered confirmed upon payment of a £500.00 deposit with a letter of confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable.
3. Our wedding co-ordinator will arrange a final details appointment with you 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
4. A pro-forma invoice, based on your final details will be forwarded to you and is payable to the hotel 14 days prior to your wedding.
5. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
6. The following minimum numbers apply:
   Friday or Saturday weddings – 70 day guests and evening catering minimum 80 guests.
   Sunday – Thursday weddings – 40 day guests and evening catering minimum 70 guests.
   Minimum numbers do not include children under 12 years.
   Final numbers are required 21 days prior to your wedding. Should your final numbers fall below our agreed minimum numbers, minimum numbers will be applied and charged for on your final invoice.
7. Any outstanding charges on your final invoice must be paid direct to the hotel on the day.
8. All prices are fully inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notification.
9. You will be liable for reimbursing the hotel for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds by any of your guests.
10. In the unfortunate event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
    Between 20 and 12 weeks before the event 40% of the total cost.
    Between 12 weeks and 14 days prior to the event (inclusive of both dates) 75% of the total cost.
    Less than 14 days prior to the date of the event 100% of the total cost.
11. All intimations of cancellation must be made in writing to the hotel and will be  effective from the actual date of booking.
