Becky & I just wanted to say thank you for making yesterday so special for us.
The room was beautiful – the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in and the concert tickets were very good also.
Service was excellent and all your help in organising prior to our arrival was very much appreciated.
The night porter was also very nice and to be that cheerful and polite at 05:00 takes something a bit special.
We cannot wait to return so please keep us informed of any upcoming concert package or hotel stay deal so that we have a reason to do so.
